Description: Programs sold together. These programs are for anyone, all ages and fitness levels. There are 45 workouts to the METCON program and 30 workouts to the circuit program. These are not necessarily designed to be done in order (you can), but more as a convenient option to have in hotel rooms while traveling, days at home when you’re not able to get to the gym, when you just need something extra (like using as a second workout of the day), and even can be done at work on a break or lunch hour. They are great for just moving your body. It is recommended to alternate between METCON and circuit workouts.
Workout Examples:
Circuit Program:
3 rounds:
– 5-10 each leg, split squat
– 5-10 diamond push-ups
3 rounds:
– 7-10 each leg, single leg deadlift
– 10-15 hollow rocks
3 rounds:
– 7-10 each leg, reverse lunges
-10-15 superman rocks
METCON Program:
3 RFT (rounds for time):
– 40 lunges
– 30 glute bridges
– 20 straight leg sit-ups
SCALED: 30, 20,10 reps of all exercises
