Equipment: PVC pipe/broomstick, short and long resistance bands,
a few different weights of DB’s and/or KB’s that you consider 1) light 2) medium 3) heavy, and a box/bench/chair anywhere from 12-24 inches tall. Pull-up bar, jump rope, and barbell are optional.
Description:  These workouts will consist of a combination of strength (squats and strict press), METCONS (metabolic conditioning) and accessory work. They can be done at home if you have some basic equipment, or at a gym. However, as a mom it is usually easiest if you have invested in some workout equipment at your home. No need to travel anywhere with kids, it can be done during nap time or while kids are playing. Home workouts help eliminate extra excuses.

– Designed with little equipment in mind, to be tailored how needed – you choose the weights and whether you want to complete 3 workouts per week or 4!
