ATHLOS Wrestling Summit 2025

Dates: July 24th – 26th 
 

Ages: 1st grade-12th grade

Will divide into two groups for some of the sessions for age-appropriate discussions and technique
•  Group 1: 1st-6th grade

•  Group 2: 7th-12th grade 

Focus: Technique and Mindset

Investment:

•  Wrestling fee, without meals: $350 per wrestler

 – These wrestlers will need to provide their own meals

 – Snacks and drinks will be provided in coolers by the wrestling mats

•  Family discount: 10% off for each additional wrestler’s fee within the same family

•  With meals: $485 per wrestler ($15/meal x 9 meals)

 – Family discount will not count towards meals, just the $350 fee

•  Meals for non-wrestlers (family and chaperones not participating in the wrestling sessions): $135 per person

Chaperones:

All children under 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult outside of designated wrestling, mindset, and conditioning sessions.

Athlos is not responsible for athletes outside of designated wrestling, mindset, and conditioning sessions.

Lodging: 
Families can bring their campers and/or tents to the ranch for a fee to the ranch of $25 per night – pay via checks made out to R Lazy J Ranch, and checks will be collected on day 1 by an Athlos employee or coach.

Daily Schedule Overview:
  • 7 a.m. each day – day opens with prayer, short discussion, and conditioning
  • 3 wrestling sessions each day for 6th through 12th grade
  • 2 wrestling sessions each day for K through 5th grade (3rd session is optional if your child wants to attend)
  • 1 conditioning session for all ages
  • 2 mindset sessions each day for all ages
  • 3 meals per day
