Description: This program is designed for anyone who embraces the ranch/farm life. If you live far from town, don’t have access to or own typical workout equipment and have lots of odds and ends that come in handy on a ranch, then this program is for you. For beginners or advanced athletes of all ages and fitness levels. 2 high-intensity and 1 strength (back squat and strict press) workouts per week.
Work Out Example:
Strength- Deadlift
5 rounds:
-
7-10 deadlifts with feed sack, log, rock etc. If this feels too easy, then do more reps or find something heavier. If it feels hard then decrease reps or lighten the weight. You can also do single leg to make it more challenging.

16-20 weighted skater jumps with feed sack, cinder block, log etc.
Rest 1:30-2 minutes after each round.
10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds/reps possible):

50 yard/150 ft dual farmers carry with 5 gallon buckets filled with dirt, rocks, sand etc.

10 air squats
-
5 sit-ups
Score is total rounds and reps completed
