Ages: 1st grade-12th grade

Will divide into two groups for some of the sessions for age-appropriate
discussions and technique.
 
•  Group 1: 1st-6th grade

•  Group 2: 7th-12th grade 

Focus: Technique and Mindset

Investment:

•  Wrestling fee: $400 per wrestler, including breakfast and lunch.

•  Wrestlers will need to provide their own dinner.

•  $375/every additional wrestler in the same family. 

Chaperones:

All children under 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult outside of designated wrestling, mindset, and conditioning sessions.

Athlos is not responsible for athletes outside of designated wrestling, mindset, and conditioning sessions.

This venue is right next to where our daily sessions will be taking place. The Summit Venue is only 5 minutes from the Town of Meeker.

Daily Schedule Overview:
  • 7 a.m. each day – day opens with prayer, short discussion, and conditioning
  • 3 wrestling sessions each day for 6th through 12th grade
  • 2 wrestling sessions each day for K through 5th grade (3rd session is optional if your child wants to attend)
  • 1 conditioning session for all ages
  • 2 mindset sessions each day for all ages
  • 3 meals per day
