Ages: 1st-6th grade
Dates: 6/13 – 7/11
Days of the week: Monday-Thursday (starting on a Tuesday due to the weight room being closed on 6/12 in the morning)
Time each day: 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
Investment: one-time payment of $100
Sponsorship opportunities: 
– If your athlete is truly interested in growing with us, and the $100 is a concern, please reach out to us directly for a sponsorship as we do not want finances to prevent our youth from growing!
What we are covering:
– Curriculum of questions & discussions through the book Way of the Warrior Kid by Jocko Willink
– Weight room safety
– Technique and strength training with deadlift, back squat, bench press, and accessory training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight.
We aim to build a foundation in awareness, safety, proper movement patterns, and mental resilience upon which to continue building our community’s youth into successful, athletic, healthy, and driven individuals.
